Stevenson Crescent and Mason Close Rubbish, Housing Assocations, Legal Action

by admin on 7 February, 2011

I’ve been on to council officers for some time about the state of Stevenson Crescent SE16 3EW, SE16 3EN, SE16 3ES.

The situation has improved, but only because our sweepers have been working harder.
We’ve now informed the local Housing Associations that it is time to sort out their rubbish problem.
Basically I think, and the residents agree that there is more to being a landlord than just collecting rent.
We’ve written to the various landlords threatening legal action if they don’t start tidying up their patch.
