I went to Oxley Close to see where the cycle lockers are planned. Southwark Council officers have decided to out them on this patch of green. I’m not sure it’s the best place for them.

Bit complicated this one. The trees are on land owned by Notting Hill Housing Trust. The fence is on land owned by another Housing Association. The tenant is regularly getting boys climbing the trees, and dropping in to her garden. The fence is getting broken by the trees, and the garden is permanently dark. I […]

Still not quite finished, but I hope Southwark will be able to get it straight soon. The pedestrian bridge to Rotherhithe New Road is not ready. People are just pushing the fencing aside, and using it. I hope Southwark can get it sorted soon.

Anyone who has ever visited Lucey Way must have got confused about where the flats are. We managed to get some Community Council money to pay for signs indicating where they are at last. I hope the postman appreciates our good work!
