Another week,
and I have had another load of unhappy tenants calling me about missed appointments,
and bodged repairs.

Meanwhile at home,
I just got this letter with my rent statement.
Looks like another mistake from the Housing Department,
and another apology.

I had a quick phone around, and it seems everyone got this letter:

If Labour can’t get the simple things right,
like collecting rent,
what hope is there for the rest of the council?
