Once again, I was proud to be asked to lay a wreath at Kennington Cenotaph.
Lambeth Liberal Democrat Councillor Ishbel Brown was with me, along with lots of service men and women.

We were concerned that the gates around the cenotaph were chained,
but a local bobby cut the chain with bolt croppers and saved the day.
