Perhaps that’s why staff morale is so low, and the repairs service is so bad that we have read apologies in the local paper.

Anyway, tenants are getting short changed,
we are paying for something we are not getting.
Southwark’ Liberal Democrats reckon the council should either spend it on council housing (they are not)
or reduce rents.
