I’m not looking for sympathy,
but it may comfort you to know that
your South Bermondsey local councillor
is suffering from poorly managed major works as well!

The story made the front page:

We have had two years of building works,
dust, noise, days off work to accommodate builders,
my windows replaced twice,
and endless meetings with contractors.
I even sat on a series of
scrutiny meetings at Tooley St
to listen to housing staff explain what went wrong!

(We still have no date for the removal
of the scaffolding and netting outside our windows)
